01 — Our story

From guest Wi-Fi to a hub for hospitality AI.

Adding Value To Business Pty Ltd started with a straightforward problem: independent hotels and motels deserved the same quality of guest internet infrastructure as the chains, without the chain price tag or the chain contract. 4WiFi was built to fix that.

The portfolio grew. 4Control brought PMS-connected room automation to properties that couldn't justify a full building management system. ecoAIR brought smart AC control and energy monitoring to operators watching electricity bills climb without a clear way to manage them.

As AI tools started appearing across hospitality (guest messaging bots, revenue platforms, energy optimisers), operators kept asking the same question: which of these are actually worth looking at? 4AI was built to answer that. 02 — How we approach this

Three things that shape every recommendation.

CURATED

A short list, not a long one

AI for hospitality is noisy. We'd rather recommend one tool we're confident about in each category than give operators a 20-vendor comparison table and leave the decision to them. If we haven't assessed it properly, it doesn't make the list.

HONEST

We'll say when it doesn't fit

Not every AI tool is right for every property. A 15-room motel on a legacy PMS has different options than a 90-room hotel with 4Control already in place. We'll tell you what stacks up for your specific situation, including when the answer is "not yet".

INDEPENDENT

We don't take referral fees

Our assessment of third-party tools is independent of commercial arrangements with vendors. We recommend a partner because we believe it's the right fit for independent Australian operators, not because of what we get out of the referral.
