Room state follows your bookings, not your staff.

A hotel room sits between two states most of the day: occupied and vacant. But most properties manage that transition manually. Staff set thermostats, issue key cards, confirm departures, reset rooms. Each step is a labour cost and a point where something can go wrong.

STEP 01

PMS event fires

Check-in, checkout, room move, early arrival: any booking event in your PMS sends a trigger to 4Control in real time. The system knows which room, which guest and what action is expected.

STEP 02

Room responds

4Control's in-room controller receives the instruction and acts: activating or revoking access credentials, adjusting lighting scenes and signalling the climate layer to pre-condition or stand down.

STEP 03

State is logged

Every action and room state change is recorded. You get a live dashboard view of every room across the property, plus an audit trail for access events and energy decisions.
