Climate AI

Smarter air-conditioning for every room, every night.

ecoAIR uses your booking data and room occupancy signals to run air-conditioning only when and where it's needed. Less waste. Cooler arrivals. A clear view of your energy spend.

01 — What it does

The AI layer that runs your climate intelligently.

Most accommodation properties run their air-conditioning on fixed schedules or guest discretion. Both approaches waste energy: fixed schedules heat and cool empty rooms, and guest control leaves units running through the night at full power.

ecoAIR sits between your PMS and your AC units and makes decisions based on what's actually happening: which rooms are occupied, which check-ins are imminent, which units are drawing unusual amounts of power. It doesn't replace your thermostats; it gives them a brain.

The result is a property that arrives guests into a comfortable room, idles vacant rooms automatically, and gives you a real-time view of energy consumption you can act on.

🌡️

Pre-conditioning

Rooms reach target temperature before check-in, triggered by your PMS booking data. Guests arrive comfortable without staff lifting a finger.

🏠

Vacancy setback

Confirmed vacant rooms ease back to an idle temperature automatically. No AC running at guest comfort level through empty nights.

🪟

Open window detection

Door and window sensors pause AC when openings are detected. Energy isn't spent conditioning the outdoors.

Abnormal draw alerts

Unusual energy consumption flags before it reaches a bill. Faulty units and stuck compressors get caught early.

02 — How it works

Three steps from booking to comfortable room.

ecoAIR works with what you already have: your PMS, your existing AC units, and a small hardware layer that sits in each room.

STEP 01

PMS connects

ecoAIR reads your booking schedule via your PMS API. Check-in times, room assignments and departure confirmations all feed into the decision engine in real time.

STEP 02

Room state is tracked

A small in-room controller monitors occupancy signals and AC state. It knows whether a room is occupied, vacant or arriving shortly, and adjusts accordingly without any guest interaction.

STEP 03

You see everything

A dashboard gives you a live view of room temperatures, AC status and energy draw across the property. Alerts surface anything worth acting on before it becomes a problem.

03 — Is it right for your property?

Worth being honest about what fits.

ecoAIR delivers strong returns for the right property profile. We'll tell you plainly if yours isn't one of them.

Good fit

  • Properties with 20 or more rooms
  • High electricity costs or a history of unexplained energy spikes
  • Compatible split-system or ducted AC units
  • A PMS with API access (most modern systems qualify)
  • Operators who want visibility over energy, not just automation

Worth discussing first

  • Very small properties (under 15 rooms): economics are marginal
  • Older AC units without controller compatibility
  • Legacy PMS without API access
  • Properties already on a BMS with climate control built in
